Pakistan is very beautiful country and Pakistanis are most interesting nation of world, no matter how many problems they are facing in Pakistan when it comes to Pakistan they become filled with patriotism and always enjoy being Pakistani. 

Pakistan was established through partition from India in 1947 intended to become a homeland for India's Muslim minority. Today this young country has a growing population of more than 185 million people and is home to the 2nd largest Muslim population in the world.



These days, political unrest and friction with India often dominate international news about Pakistan.

What is life really like in Pakistan?

Today, Pakistan is about 95 % Muslim - there are populations practicing Hinduism and Christianity here, but for the vast majority of the country to be Pakistani is to practice Islam. Religion is a staple of early education. Young students are taught to memorize the Quran in Arabic. Even through Pakistan. Primary language are Urdu and English. here the interpretation of the Quran and other Islamic texts tends not to be as strict as in, say, Saudia Arab.

So, for example, while women generally do cover their heads, it doesn't necessarily mean that they have to wear an abaya or a burqa - although even that is beginning to change.





What has remained consistent, however is that socioeconomic classes are primarily divided by ethnicity and religion. The lower class represents about 65 % of Pakistan, with ethnic groups like Baluchi, Pashtun, and Shia Muslim more likely to live in rural areas lacking fresh water, sanitation, medical and educational resources.

On the flip side, Sunni Muslims, Punjabi's, and Muhajirs are generally wealthy and are able to hire cooks, maids, and drivers. What all socioeconomic classes have in common is a deep respect for the elder members of their communities.

Elders are introduced first in social situations, are greatly valued for their wisdom, even getting the best cuts of meats during every meal.

What about the younger generation? 

For young Pakistanis, school is not a given: Pakistan has almost 5.5 million children out of school. That's the second highest number in the world after Nigeria. If you're unable to pursue an education, you're most likely working in the agriculture or textile industry. Arable land and water are Pakistan's greatest natural resources, allowing the country to be one  of the largest producers of cotton. But it is worth nothing that access to education and employment is mostly limited to men, women in Pakistan face significant challenges in obtaining either.



According to the 2012 annual report from Human rights Commission of Pakistan, women are often " attacked and killed on account of asserting their rights to education, work and generally for choosing to have a say in key decisions in their lives." And of the 20% of women who are able to find work, most can only find low paying insecure jobs. but, Pakistani women are fighting for change. Activists such as Farida Shaheed, Khawar Mumtaz, and Nobel Peace Prize winner Malala Yousafzai are on the forefront of the fight for women's rights in society, employment and education.



Finally, being Pakistani means having to deal with a certain almost of political tumult on a regular basis.

t’s been almost three years since I first blogged about this DIY face mask, courtesy of now-Martha Stewart Wedding accessories editor Melissa Colgan. To this day it remains our most-visited and most-pinned post. There’s a lot to love about a treatment that calls for just two ingredients, costs less than 50 cents to make, and banishes oil and blackheads in 20 minutes. The baking soda exfoliates and fights acne while the acid in the orange juice tightens pores and the Vitamin C brightens (you can use a different type of citrus juice but you won’t get quite the same effect).

Use 1-2 times/week depending on skin’s sensitivity.

1. Mix 1 tsp. real orange juice with 1 T. baking soda.
2. Spread a thin layer on face, neck and décolletage.
3. Leave on for 20 minutes.
4. Dampen finger tips and scrub mask in circular motions for extra exfoliation. Rinse.
5. Follow with a gentle toner and moisturizer.

NOTES:
The mask will tingle and itch a little so it’s good too have a distraction—paint your nails, watch TV, but whatever you do, don’t talk. As the paste dries, any facial movements will cause it to flake off. Your skin may be pink afterwards, but that will dissipate.

Washing the face twice per day to remove excess oil is a great way to remove dirt, oil, makeup or other items that may have accumulated on your face per day. However, it's important to cleanse the right way--not too harshly, according to LovetoKnow.com. This means washing your face with tepid to warm--not boiling--water to avoid stripping the skin of healthy, natural oils. Utilizing a gentle soap also is preferred, even if you have very oily skin. This type of cleanser is typically all that is necessary to remove the oil and dirt from the day without stripping the skin of needed oils. 
You should not utilize a cloth that is highly abrasive, as it can create scratches on the skin that can actually aggravate the skin and cause it to produce even more oil. Instead, you should use a non-abrasive cloth to gently exfoliate and dry the skin following cleansing--do not rub vigorously.

Utilize a Drying Product
Drying products help to reduce the amount of oil that resides on the skin, which can help to take away the shiny look that you may find unappealing. A variety of oil-control products exist and the best product to choose is the one that you will continuously use. For example, if you are often on the go, carrying a small box of oil-blotting papers can help to absorb oil when you need a quick fix, according to Real Simple. Both Proactiv and Clean and Clear make oil blotting papers. These can be used on a bare face or with makeup. 

If you prefer to apply a product once in the morning, a variety of gels or primers exist that can reduce oil on the skin. The products work to trap and soak in oil to keep makeup in place, according to Real Simple.

Use an Astringent
Astringents are liquids that are applied to a cotton ball or pad and then to the skin. When gently swept over the skin, astringents help to tighten the pores and remove soap residue, according to LovetoKnow.com. You should avoid very drying astringents, such as those that contain alcohol, in favor of those with acetone or witch hazel

Mix egg yolk in 3 tbsp olive oil and 1 tbsp honey. Gently massage this mask in your hair and cover with a shower cap. Leave it on for half an hour and wash it with a mild shampoo.

Message your scalp with oil. Oiling regularly can restore moisture of your hair. Use olive oil, almond oil, coconut oil or a combination of these oils. Apply oil on your hair and message gently. Leave it on for about an hour then wash with shampoo.

Papaya Mask :

Papaya is rich in proteins which your hair needs in order to maintain its shine, moisture and growth. Mash 2 medium slices of papaya with a fork or in a blender. Mix 2 tbsp yogurt in it, apply it your scalp and hair.Cover your hair with a shower cap to lock the moisture. Leave it on for 30 minutes then wash with shampoo.

Honey rinse :

Another easy homemade conditioner for hair is honey. Mix 2 tbsp honey in 4 cups warm water and apply it to your hair after you shampoo/ condition your hair. Leave it in your hair. It will control hair dryness/frizz.

2. Myrrh Oil is an antibacterial and anti fungal oil that can be used topically or as a massage oil to smooth out wrinkles. Using this oil will repair and prevent further skin damage due to its antioxidant content.

3. Clary Sage Oil is best used to remove fine lines and wrinkles, especially when used in combination with skin moisturisers. It has antiseptic and antibacterial properties, helps to tighten pores and make the skin more firm.

4. Geranium Oil can be used for almost any skin type, whether you have dry, oily or sensitive skin. It works to increase blood circulation, skin elasticity and retaining moisture in the skin. It can be added to skin moisturisers and toners.





5. Grape Seed Oil has antioxidant properties which help to fight free radicals that cause damage to your skin. They help repair damage to the skin caused by free radicals. It is an extract that is rich in vitamin E, which can slow the aging process of your skin. Vitamin E is one of the antioxidants contained in this oil, which protects that body from free radicals that become more common in the body as you age.
All of these essential oils for wrinkles have their unique properties that will help improve your skin, especially wrinkles! Although wrinkles are part of the natural aging process, they are tough to deal with as everyone will miss their young looking skin. Using essential oils, diluted with a carrier oil, will help reduce them or diminish their appearance while also providing your body with other health benefits.

It has been used in beauty care over and over, and once again, we get the chance to use it today. Yogurt has amazing benefits that when used with egg yolk it will condition and will help make your hair healthier and luscious. 

All your going to do is combine 1 egg with 1/2 a cup of yogurt and mix in a bowl. Add this mixture to already washed hair and leave it on for 40 minutes. Rinse out with lukewarm water and you are done, easy right? 

To enhance the benefits of this mask you can also add a teaspoon of baking soda to further cut down the oils in your hair. 

Lemon Yougurt Mask:

Get out your yogurt again and add 5 tablespoons in a bowl, from there add 1 tablespoon of baking soda and 1 tablespoon of fresh lemon juice, mix the ingredients together. 

Apply the mixture to your hair, concentrating on the roots (as this is the place it tends to be the greasiest) and leave it on for 40 minutes. Rinse the mask out and enjoy the benefits! 

Basic mask:

Beat 1 egg white until it foams, add 1 tablespoon of salt and the juice of 1 lemon. Apply it to your hair for 30 minutes, rinse and wash as normal.

Protein mask:

Beat an egg white well and add in 1 teaspoon of salt and mix until a thick foam is formed. Pour the juice of 1 lemon and beat again. Rub the mask into your scalp and massage it in well. Leave for 30 minutes then rinse with cold water.

Rosemary Rinse:

This is a simple treatment that can be used to control the oil production of your scalp and get rid of your oily hair.

Grab a small amount of rosemary and keep it handy. In a bowl pour 3 cups of hot water, set the rosemary in the water and let it steep in the water for 10 minutes. 

Strain the mixture and eliminate the rosemary from the rinse. Wash your hair with shampoo as usual and rinse off your hair with this healthy mixture, and you are done. Told you it was simple.

Vinegar rinse:

Now I know when you saw the title of this rinse it sounds very scary, and you would think "wouldn't that hurt your hair, its pretty strong?" 

This is actually one of the best rinses for oily hair. Take a glass (the larger the glass for the more hair you have) and fill 3/4 of the way up with vinegar. Fill it the rest of the way up with lemon juice. 

After you are done washing your hair in the shower, dump this rinse on your hair and massage it in. Continue conditioning as normal.

At the first glance you may not be aware that certain food or allergens that you have come in contact have resulted in swollen lips. The allergic compound can be the food you have eaten or medicine that you have taken for the first time.

Reason 3:
Peanuts, shellfish, eggs, soy, cow's milk, dairy products, wheat, jalapeno peppers and certain food additives are some of the common food allergens. Consumption of any such food item would trigger the release of histamines which in turn may cause the lips to swell up.

Reason 4:
Sometimes, an allergic reaction may be triggered by the use of certain drugs.
Venom from bee stings or insect stings or exposure to pet dander, pollen or dust mites could also cause an allergic reaction.

REMEDIES:

ICE Cubes
Wrap ice in a clean towel and apply it on your lips. 
Take some ice cubes and wrap them in a towel. Pat this cold compress on the swollen lip. Otherwise, keep a spoon in the freezer for some time and gently press it on the lips. You can also try hot packs. 
Hold a towel dipped in warm water for 10-15 minutes on the lips. Heat reduces the accumulation of blood in the swollen area and thus decreases the swelling. These remedies are useful if the swelling is due to an injury.
